Search-engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, website quality, content, technical SEO, indexing decisions, domain history, user behavior, and search-engine policies.

Accordingly, sunyidiri.link does not guarantee specific Google rankings, first-page positions, increased traffic, leads, sales, revenue, indexing, or any particular SEO result.

Our responsibility is to provide the services and deliverables agreed with the client. Search engines independently determine how websites and backlinks are crawled, indexed, evaluated, and ranked.

PBN and Backlink Services

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to promote the website and materials supplied to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your website and submitted materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information may affect delivery schedules.

Orders and Payments

Prices, packages, payment methods, and payment requirements will be communicated before an order is accepted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before work begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may not be possible because services may already have been performed specifically for the client.

Delivery

Link Replacement

A replacement may be considered when a delivered backlink is removed, becomes unavailable, or is substantially changed by a third-party website during the applicable replacement period.

Unless expressly included in a purchased package, sunyidiri.link has no continuing obligation to monitor, replace, or refund previously delivered backlinks.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of completion.

Services that have already been completed or successfully delivered may not be refundable. If an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, any refund or service credit will be determined according to the applicable package terms or written agreement.

Refund requests should include relevant order information and be submitted promptly.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us.

Termination does not remove payment obligations for services already completed or amounts already due.
